As individual practitioners we tend to get isolated working with our patients so this is a great opportunity to see how other AK practitioners handle similar clinical conditions; as well as an opportunity to share your own clinical insights. Many innovative AK concepts have emerged from these interactions. If you were there in the "old days" you can appreciate this informal setting. If you are new to ICAK-USA (or don't remember the old days), you don't want to miss the unique forum!
