In this presentation, Tracy S. Gates, D.O., DIBAK, RSHom will demonstrate the individual idiosyncrasies that make tackling weight issues such a complex business. Dr Gates will explore the various systems in the body that are invariably dysfunctional in the overweight and obese and demonstrate how to identify and correct the findings – it is not as obvious as it may seem. She will additionally demonstrate the effect of exercise in different forms and how its impact varies for each individual, allowing the practitioner to tailor a program that optimizes the individual patient’s needs.

Attendees will learn when put into practice, this approach will allow the practitioner to have great success in controlling weight and metabolism long-term in each of their patients who currently struggle.
